In the Era of Disruption, information and technology are the keys to adapting, the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a new challenge, a challenge that has been predicted & answered by Pancasila University, since 5 decades, Pancasila University has given itself to provide quality services, providing commitment to the entire Academic Community by prioritizing acceleration and services based on the concept of technology. Pancasila University has become one of the best universities & is included in the top 50 universities in Indonesia, in accordance with the Vision of the Faculty of Engineering, Pancasila University, namely the Faculty of Engineering to become a Leading Engineering University that has the needs of the industrial community and towards Global competition based on the Noble values of Pancasila.<\/p>

During the transition, due to the merger of the two universities and the state of the country at that time, lectures were held at the Directorate General of POM Complex, Ministry of Health in Central Jakarta. After the situation gradually improved, all lectures were held at Jl. Borobudur No. 7, Central Jakarta. After the merger, the Faculty of Engineering had 6 departments, namely: Civil Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Shipbuilding, Aeroneutics. However, in 1971, considering the very limited number of lecturers and the decreasing number of enthusiasts, the Shipbuilding and Aeroneutics departments were closed and merged into the Mechanical Engineering department. To meet the demands of development progress, in 1971 the Electrical Engineering department (weak current) was opened.<\/p>

Furthermore, as a result of the closure of all academies within the Ministry of Education and Culture and to meet the needs of engineering workers at the Bachelor level, in 1988\/1989 the Faculty of Engineering opened a Diploma III program. When it was established, the Diploma III Program opened 3 departments, namely Architecture, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. However, in 2006\/2007 the Diploma III Architecture Program was closed, and its students were directed to continue to S1 Architecture. In 2000 the Industrial Engineering department was opened. On June 30, 2000, at the Kopertis III office, the handover of the Registered decision at Pancasila University for the Industrial Engineering Study Program was carried out based on the Decree of the Director General. DIKTI. Depdiknas. No. 168\/DIKTI\/Kep\/2000 dated May 30, 2000. Followed in 2001 the Masters Program in Mechanical Engineering was opened based on the Decree of the Directorate General of Higher Education No. 2824\/D\/T\/2001 dated August 30, 2001. With the increasingly rapid development of the information world today and the increasingly rapid development of development that requires workers who have software engineering skills to be used in optimizing software performance is still very little. In addition, to face the implementation of regional autonomy and the free market of society, where each company is challenged to be able to optimize its performance so that high efficiency will be obtained, the Faculty of Engineering, Pancasila University in the 2002\/2003 academic year opened the Informatics Engineering Department based on the Decree of the Director General. DIKTI. Depdiknas. No. 1605\/D\/T\/2002 dated August 2, 2002. The Faculty of Engineering, Pancasila University occupies a campus location on Jl. Borobudur No. 7 Central Jakarta and since 1988 has occupied a new location in Srengseng Sawah, South Jakarta. For the Masters Program in Mechanical Engineering, the campus remains on Jl Borobudur.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
