Both hard skills and soft skills of students can be developed in tertiary institutions through integrated learning activities, and co-curricular and extra-curricular activities can be carried out through Student Organizations (Ormawa).<\/p><p>Based on regulations: Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. states that every student in an education unit has the right to receive educational services in accordance with their interests, talents and reasoning. Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education emphasizes that students have the right to receive educational services according to their potential and abilities in the areas of interest, talent and reasoning. In article 14 it is stated that the development of students&#039; interests, talents and reasoning is carried out through curricular activities, co-curricular activities as activities to support the educational process, and extra-curricular activities as activities carried out through student organizations. In article 77 it is stated that student organizations are intra-college organizations, and obtain legality from the head of the tertiary institution.<\/p><p>Student development programs in each institution\/student activity unit are carried out in harmony with development and coaching programs at the university level and in accordance with the scope of activities of each student organization\/unit. Student organizations at the university level consist of the Pancasila University Student Family Supervisory Board (BP KMUP) which has legislative authority, the Pancasila University Student Family Senate (KMUP Senate) is an organization that has executive authority, while the Pancasila University Student Family Student Activity Unit (UKM KMUP) is a special activity unit at the university level that accommodates and channels the potential and creativity of students in the fields of reasoning and knowledge, talents, interests and abilities, welfare, and social care which includes thought, feeling, and sports.<\/p><p>Student organizations at the faculty level consist of the Faculty Student Representative Body (BPM), Faculty Student Senate (SEMA), Faculty Student Activity Unit, and Student Association. As is the case at the university level, SEMA and BPM share authority in the executive and supervisory and legislative fields, while the faculty student activity units accommodate the potential and creativity of students in the fields of reasoning, knowledge, talents, interests and abilities according to the scientific fields of their respective faculties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sesuai amanat UU Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Pendidikan Tinggi, pendidikan bagi mahasiswa dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran kurikuler, ko-kurikuler dan ekstra kurikuler.
