Release of the Pancasila University (UP) UKM Fighting Drajat by the Chancellor of UP Prof. Dr. Wahono Sumaryono, Apt together with the Vice Chancellor for Student and Alumni Affairs Drs. Agus Purwanggana, M.Sc., Apt and Head of Student and Alumni Affairs Bureau Dr. Prima Jiwa Osly, ST, M.Sc. who will take part in the 2019 XVI National Student Sports Week (POMNAS), in Jakarta (17/09).
Pancasila University sent Drajat Fighting UKM Athletes from representatives of several faculties together with the Drajat Fighting UKM trainers. The Chancellor of UP advised the athletes to be sportsmanlike, respect each other and be able to win championships and carry the good name of Pancasila University's alma mater.
The biggest student sports event in Indonesia will take place for a week from Thursday, 19 September to Thursday, 26 September 2019.
POMNAS XVI Jakarta 2019 will be attended by 33 provinces, involving approximately 3,404 athletes. The athletes will compete in 19 sports branches fighting for 713 medals in 18 venues or match locations spread throughout the Jakarta area. In addition, at the 2019 Jakarta 2019 POMNAS, four exhibition sports will be contested, namely weightlifting, handball, cricket and e-sport.
