Since November 14 2013 the Faculty of Economics has changed its name to the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pancasila University (FEB UP). At first, the Faculty of Economics and Business at Pancasila University only had a Management Study Program which was established in 1985, then had registered status (1964), then was recognized (1981), and finally equalized (1984) according to the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 0293/1984 dated May 25, 1984. The Management Study Program has obtained Accreditation Status with a "Excellent" rating by the Mandiri Accreditation Institute for Economics, Business Management and Accounting.

While the Accounting Study Program initially had approval status (1985), then registered (1989), recognized (1992), and finally equated (1993) according to Decree of the Higher Education No. 459/DIKTI/Kep/1993 dated 13 July 1993. On 14 November 2017 and the Accounting Study Program obtained "Excellent" accreditation status by the Independent Accreditation Institute for Economics, Business Management and Accounting.

In 1993 the Faculty of Economics and Business expanded its educational program by establishing a Masters in Management Postgraduate Program (S-2) which was accredited "A" in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number: 024/D/0/1993. In addition, the Diploma III (D-III) Accounting and Diploma III (D-III) Taxation Programs were also opened which began to be held in the 1996/1997 academic year and have obtained Accreditation with a "B" rating for the Diploma Three (D-3) Study Program. III) Accounting according to SK BAN-PT. No.: 078/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/Dpl-III/II/2015, dated 28 February 2015 and for the Diploma Three (D-III) Taxation Study Program obtained Accreditation with "Rank A" according to SK BAN-PT Number : 771/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/Dpl-III/VII/2015, July 10 2015.

Furthermore, the Faculty of Economics and Business developed a Master of Accounting study program which was founded in 2007 and has obtained Accreditation with an "A" rating according to Number: 2295/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/M/VII/2017, July 11 2017. In addition to the S1 program and S2, a Doctor of Economics (S3) program with a concentration in Business Management studies has also been opened with an establishment license Number: 4228/D/T/2004, dated October 27, 2004, and has obtained Accreditation with a "B" rating according to SK BAN PT Number: 177/SK/BANPT/Acred/D/I/2018.
