The Pancasila University Alumni Family (KAUP) is a forum for the alumni of Pancasila University (UP) to gather and work whose benefits are expected to be felt by the entire Pancasila University academic community and the general public. On Saturday, March 5 2022, based on the implementation of the Pancasila University Alumni Family Alumni Conference at the UP Pharmacy Faculty Meeting Building, the General Chairperson of the Pancasila University Alumni Family Center (PP KAUP) was elected for the 2022-2026 period Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, SH., MH. who currently also serves as Deputy Speaker of the DPR RI. The election of the KAUP chairman was then followed by the inauguration of 88 members of PP KAUP for the 2022-2026 period on Sunday, April 24 2022 at the Grand Ballroom of the Sultan Hotel Jakarta.
The management work program for the 2022-2026 period will soon be realized through various activities, including the Pancasila Expo 2022 on 12-14 August 2022 at UP to celebrate the 77th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia (RI). This activity is also a momentum for economic revival after the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore this activity involves 250 MSME actors, UP alumni and cooperation partners such as independent banks, DJKI (Directorate General of Intellectual Property), and Pertamina who are resource persons for various MSME seminars/workshops regarding People's Business Credit (KUR) capital, business legality , as well as copyright. Services in the form of making and extending passports in collaboration with Depok city immigration and also managing the legality of individual companies in collaboration with KEMENKUMHAM at an affordable cost.
Apart from that, there are also blood & vaccine donation activities in collaboration with PMI Tangerang City, the automotive exhibition presents the classic car and motorbike community from the alumni community and also the car & motorcycle community throughout Jabodetabek. For students there is the Pancasila Expo 2022 Scientific Competition which is attended by Universities throughout Indonesia with the theme "The Role of Young Generation Towards Golden Indonesia 2045", a basketball competition between high schools and an e-sport competition. The expertise of the alumni was also contributed by providing architectural consultations for Healthy Homes from alumni of the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Architecture and Legal Consultation with 100 advocates from alumni of the Faculty of Law. The People's Party was also held by presenting a Music Festival from 10 high schools/equivalents in Jabodetabek Furthermore, a special competition for alumni in the form of a karaoke competition, Fun bike for 300 participants, and also presenting Reza Artamevia as a guest star at the peak of the event.
Another program in the form of community service was carried out with the existence of 'KAUP for Cianjur' when an earthquake occurred in Cianjur whose activity was the delivery of basic necessities to residents of Cileungsi village, Sukajaya Village, Cugenang, Cianjur Regency, and the next stage will be continued with the rebuilding of the Ar-rohman Mosque 2 in the Village which will start January 25 2023. Social service activities have also been carried out by the previous KAUP management, including the Pancasila University Railway Station Care Week on April 18, 19 and 21 2018. As a separate icon for Pancasila University, The station, which is right in front of the Pancasila University campus, is an important transportation infrastructure for students, because it helps mobility in studying. A number of other accompanying activities include free health checks, Pop Up Library, Photo Exhibition, Happening Art Social Messages Care for Stations, Instagram photo competition about Stations. Participating in entertaining the Stand Up Comedy was Indro Warkop who is also an alumnus of Pancasila University.
Various contributions have also been made by KAUP so far to Pancasila University, including the presence of alumni who are anti-drug campus activists and social services during the leadership of Mr. . KAUP through its commissariats in each faculty and also through 25 communities under alumni organizations such as riders community, fun bike, fun walk, billiards, hockey, running community, golf, bowling, fishing, basketball, foot ball to the university choir alumni family Pancasila, has many activities and builds a strong alumni network to support Pancasila University's efforts to improve its quality and excellence.
