The Program for Instilling Pancasila values for Students through the "Story of Pancasila Values in Deeds" is spoken to students by Pancasila University Lecturers in each lecture for 5 to 10 minutes. Continuous light planting is considered to be more effective for students. In the era of globalization, the big problem for a nation is the removal of the nation's identity from its historical and cultural roots. So "The Story of Pancasila Values in Action" is an effective program for transfer of value.
For this program, it will be disseminated in the form of a ToT for all Pancasila University Lecturers. However, in order to equalize perceptions and conceptualization of the Program for Instilling Pancasila values for Students through "The Story of Pancasila Values in Deeds", the Center for Pancasila Studies before conducting the ToT for Lecturers, initiated the need to do kick off or the first meeting with Pancasila University Leaders, Pancasila University Faculty Leaders, Heads of Study Programs and Lecturer Representatives.
On Monday, June 27 2022, the Pancasila University Study Center held an activity Kick-off "Instilling Pancasila Values for Students through Stories of Pancasila Values in Action". Present at this activity, the Chairperson of YPPUP Dr. (HC) Ir. Siswono Yudohusoda as Keynote Speaker, Prof. Dr. Adji Samekto, SH., M.Hum (Deputy for Research and Materials for BPIP for the 2018-2022 period) and Prof. Andi Faisal Bakti, MA as resource person.
This activity is carried out with the aim of:
- Aligning perceptions and conceptualization of the Pancasila values instilling Program for Students through "The Story of Pancasila Values in Action"
- Understanding the Urgency of Instilling Pancasila values for Students through "The Story of Pancasila Values in Action"
- Socialization of PSP work program (Measurement of Pancasilaanness Index). PSP will try out a questionnaire on the socialism index instrument for all participants who are present.
Based on the idea of the Chief Advisor of YPPUP Dr. (HC) Ir. Siswono Yudohusodo and the results of the study by the Center for Pancasila Studies initiated and initiated a program namely instilling Pancasila values in students through the Story of Pancasila Values in Action. There are at least 3 (three) sources: First, stories, namely folk stories that grew up in Indonesian society. Second, the historical reality of the development of civilization in the archipelago. Third, exemplary of the founders of the nation and the heroes.
