The Faculty of Psychology of Tama Jagakarsa University (FPsi UTama Jagakarsa) conducted a benchmarking activity at the Faculty of Psychology of Pancasila University (FPsi UP) on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. This activity is part of the implementation and strengthening efforts of the Impactful Diktisaintek program, which focuses on improving the quality of governance, academic innovation, and collaboration between universities in the scope of social sciences and humanities.
The visit from FPsi UTama Jagakarsa was led by Mrs. Mia Anita Lestari, S.Psi., M.Psi. as Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, accompanied by Mrs. Vella Fitrisia Agustina, MA as Head of the Psychology Study Program, and the academic community of FPsi UTama Jagakarsa. Meanwhile, the academic community of FPsi UP warmly welcomed this visit. Also present at the event were Prof. Dr. Awaluddin Tjalla, M.Pd. as Dean of FPsi UP, accompanied by the following leadership:

This benchmarking activity focuses on exchanging best practices in academic management, quality assurance systems, and curriculum development based on the Impactful Diktisaintek program. Furthermore, this activity serves as an important platform for FPsi UTama to strengthen the implementation of the Impactful Diktisaintek program, particularly in enhancing the capacity of lecturers and students to produce applicable innovations and directly contribute to community needs.
The activity took place in a warm and productive atmosphere, ending with a reflective discussion session, the handover of souvenirs, and a group photo as a symbol of collaboration and friendship between the two faculties.
Through this activity, FPsi UTama Jagakarsa is committed to continuously strengthening strategic collaboration, expanding academic networks, and encouraging innovation in the tridharma of higher education that is in line with the spirit of Impactful Diktisaintek which emphasizes sustainability, inclusivity, and real contributions to society.
