Technical Guidance and Proposal Review activities are activities carried out by the Institute for Research and Community Service at Pancasila University in order to improve the quality of UP lecturer proposals that will be proposed to receive BIMA grants from the Ministry of Education and Culture. The activity which took place on Wednesday 20 March 2023 was a follow-up to the letter from the Directorate of Research, Technology, Research and Community Service of the Ministry of Education and Culture regarding the Announcement of Acceptance of Research and Community Service Proposals with the hope of increasing the chances of passing the selection and getting funding for the proposals that will be sent to the participants. lecturer proposing to the Ministry of Education and Culture's BIMA Grant.
The number of proposals expected by LPPM UP will reach 50 research proposals and 25 PkM proposals. For information, last year Pancasila University passed 23 research proposals and 3 PkM proposals which were funded with a total budget of 2.4 billion. This year it is also hoped that there will be many proposals with postgraduate research schemes for master's and doctoral programs so that they can improve the quality of research and postgraduate student outcomes.
This activity was opened by the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Field 2, Dr. Apt. Novi Yantih, S.Si., M.Si, representing the Acting Chancellor of UP, presented three national experts assigned by the Director of Research, Technology, Research and Community Service to provide training as well as one on one proposal review directly to the proposers so that they could improve the quality. proposals significantly and open up greater opportunities for funding.
