 
															Jakarta – In an effort to improve the academic quality and competence of lecturers, the Faculty of Psychology, Pancasila University held a workshop entitled “Statistics Refreshment to Optimize the Thesis Supervision Process for Lecturers of the Faculty of Psychology, Pancasila University”. This activity was held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the Hall of the Faculty of Psychology.
 
															In this activity, Dr. Ir. Widarto Rachbini, M.Si was invited as a resource person. He is one of the lecturers at Pancasila University who has experience in publishing in various international journals and has extensive experience in the field of research methodology and statistical analysis. This activity was attended by Prof. Dr. Awaluddin Tjalla, M.Pd as Dean, Vinaya, M.Si as Vice Dean I, Dr. Ayu Dwi Nindyati, M.Si., Psychologist as Vice Dean II, and also attended by lecturers from the Faculty of Psychology, Pancasila University.
 
															In this workshop, lecturers of the Faculty of Psychology, Pancasila University gained new insights into the application of statistical analysis, especially in supporting the thesis guidance process. The teaching materials focused more on practical statistical methods that can be applied to improve the quality of students' scientific writing. This workshop was held interactively, emphasizing question and answer sessions and case study discussions, which allowed participants to dig deeper into issues that arise from thesis guidance and formulate solutions through appropriate statistical techniques. This training is a form of commitment and support from the faculty in improving the competence of lecturers in improving the effectiveness and quality of thesis guidance, which is part of the faculty's mission to produce competent graduates who are ready to compete in the professional world.
