Learning outside the study program can give students freedom to carry out various activities. The essence of the independent campus policy is only 4, namely, regarding the opening of study programs, Higher Education Accreditation, then State Universities Legal Entities for State Universities and regarding the Right to Study Three semesters outside the study program where from 8 semesters of lectures students are not only required theory and practice within universities but faced with the world of work so that students do not only have theoretical abilities but have the ability to apply them in the world of work, said the Head of the Special Learning Sub-Directorate of the Directorate General of Belmawan, Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency.
