On December 4 2023, Pancasila University received a delegation visit from National Institute of International Strategy of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) led by Prof. Gao Peiyong, Former Vice President of CASS and 4 members of the Delegation.
During their visit to Indonesia, the CASS Delegation also visited the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), the University of Indonesia (UI) and Gadjah Mada University (UGM).Â
           The CASS delegation on its visit to Pancasila University was welcomed by Prof. Dr. Edie Toet Hendratno SH, M.Si, FCBArb., Chancellor of Pancasila University and Prof. Dr. Eddy Pratomo SH, MA, Head of the Institute for International Relations and Cooperation at Pancasila University, Deputy Chancellors at Pancasila University, Director of the Postgraduate School at Pancasila University and Deans at Pancasila University.
During the visit, the CASS Delegation and Pancasila University leaders exchanged views on the development of education in China and Indonesia, explored mutually beneficial cooperation in education, research and community service, explored providing scholarships for UP lecturers and students, and plans to establish a Language Center. and Chinese Innovation in UP.
It is hoped that the results of this visit will immediately lead to concrete collaboration between Pancasila University and CASS which will provide mutual benefits for both parties, especially in the fields of education, research and community service.
