Finally, the Law Faculty of Pancasila University has a Doctor of Law Program (PDIH) as SK Ministry of Education and Culture, Research, Technology, and Higher Education Number: 924/E/O/2022 concerning Permit to Open a Law Study Program for Doctoral Program at Pancasila University.
In accordance with the Vision of Pancasila University namely "Becoming a Superior and Leading University Based on the Noble Values of Pancasila", then the presence of PDIH FH Pancasila University is expected to give birth to Doctors in the field of Law who are able to take part as academics and also practitioners in the field of law while still holding to the noble values of Pancasila.
The PDIH FH Program at Pancasila University was helmed by Prof. Dr. M. Hatta Ali, SH, MH (Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, 2012-2017 Period and 2017-2022 Period) as Chair of the Study Program, Prof. Dr. Eddy Pratomo, SH., MA as Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Chancellor of Pancasila University, Prof. Dr. Edie Toet Hendratno, SH., M.Si, FCBArb.
In order to support and accommodate prospective PDIH FH UP students, adequate facilities and infrastructure are available on two campuses, namely at Jalan Borobudur Number 7, Central Jakarta and Srengseng Sawah, South Jakarta, which include: Doctoral Classroom, International Classroom, Aristotle Meeting Room , E-Library The Archipelago Hall of the Moot Socrates Judiciary Room, will be very supportive for students to complete their studies at PDIH FH UP on time, namely 5 (five) semesters.
Thus it is hoped that PDIH FH Pancasila University can give birth to legal academics and legal practitioners who can take part in contributing to the nation and state by sticking to Pancasila values.
