The Pancasila University Certification Institute successfully held a Recognition Current Competency (RCC) activity for Competency Assessors. The two-day activity was attended by 39 assessor participants from various fields of expertise and accompanied by 4 master assessors from the National Professional Certification Agency. The RCC aims to extend the validity period of the Assessor Competency Certificate and ensure that all assessors have the latest competencies in accordance with the standards of the National Professional Certification Agency. This activity was officially opened by the Rector of Pancasila University, Prof. Dr. Adnan Hamid, SH, MH, MM, who also gave a warm welcome to all participants. In his speech, the Rector emphasized the importance of the role of assessors in ensuring the quality of certified graduates, as well as encouraging increased professionalism and integrity in every assessment process. He also expressed his appreciation for the commitment of the assessors and master assessors who continue to contribute to the development of national human resource quality.
During the activity, participants attended assessor competency improvement sessions and re-assessments to ensure the quality of assessors' competency in carrying out their duties, so that they are in accordance with BNSP regulations and the latest certification policies. With the implementation of this RCC, Pancasila University shows its commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of its certification institutions, as well as supporting a credible and trusted competency certification system.
