Surabaya, October 2024 – The Pancasila University Student Team consisting of Octrysa Puspajelita, Dita Fitriana, Muhammad Agung Fauzi, Tasya Alfina Lestari, and Lutfiah managed to achieve an extraordinary achievement by qualifying for the 37th National Student Scientific Week (PIMNAS) at Airlangga University, Surabaya. This success is a very proud achievement, considering that this is the first time Pancasila University has qualified for PIMNAS in the last ten years.
Vice Rector for Learning, Student Affairs, and Alumni of Pancasila University, Prof. Dr. Ir. Arissetyanto Nugroho, MM, IPU., CMA., MSS., was present at Airlangga University to provide full support to the student team competing in PIMNAS. The team's success began with the extraordinary achievement of passing 16 Student Creativity Program (PKM) proposals, the third highest number in the LLDIKTI Region 3 region. Out of 5,000 proposals competed at the national level, Pancasila University managed to enter the 524 teams that passed from 29 universities throughout Indonesia.
Prof. Aris also attended the Student Affairs Leadership Seminar held by Airlangga University and the National Achievement Center, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This seminar is an important forum to determine the direction and strategy for developing student programs in the future. Pancasila University hopes that this achievement will be the beginning of various brilliant achievements at the national and international levels and encourage other students to continue to innovate and excel.
