The Creative Economy development and mobilization program in Kukuk Sumpung Village, Gobang Village, Bogor Regency, West Java will be promoted by Pancasila University students from 13 July 2019 to 1 August 2019. Some of the products that will be developed by students who are members of the Pancasila Serving 2019 community service team, namely Palm Sugar into Ant Sugar, Gobang Coffee Beans which are usually sold in the form of coffee beans are processed into ready-to-consume products and Palm tree fiber will be developed into processed handicrafts stick.
The training is carried out with the hope that it will be able to develop and further manage the Superior Products of the Village Area which have the potential to have a high selling value. In this coaching, the community will be delivered by experts engaged in their field, the coaching will also be packaged in an attractive and easy to understand way. The experts who will conduct the debriefing and counseling are: Ahmad Basiran and the Team as Chair of the Sari Jetis Legen Cilacap Farmers Group, the Team from the Indonesian Coffee and Cocoa Research and Development Center, Jember, and Asep Cimahi and the Team who is the Head of the Cimahi Fiber Stick Craftsmen Group , Tasikmalaya, Garut, and Banjar. In addition, Strategic Development is one of the other programs being carried out. Through the construction of the Multi-Purpose Building, the development is expected to become a place for the surrounding community to gather and hold discussions and a means of socializing, to become a center for community empowerment, development and training, to become a Warehouse of Farm Products for farmer groups.
Another program that will be carried out is a series of Fun Learning Agenda aimed at children in Gobang village. The Fun Learning activity refers to the 7 sciences at Pancasila University. The community service carried out by the KMUP Senate with the theme "Serving with the Heart to Build the Nation" is expected to improve the economy, knowledge and awareness of villagers about the environment, life and education so as to increase the standard of living of the villagers.
