The Center for Pancasila Studies at Pancasila University (PSP UP) has a moral responsibility to realize UP's Vision, namely to become an Excellent and Reputable University based on the Noble Values of Pancasila. As an effort to carry out the Vision the, Dr. Darmansyah Djumala, SE, MA. appointed as Executive Director of PSP who currently also serves as Expert Council of BPIP. One of PSP's responsibilities is to make UP a Center of Excellence Pancasila Education. As a form of responsibility to ground Pancasila values in UP, PSP held a Socialization event Road Map which was compiled by PSP in 2023 on (27/01) at the Archipelago Hall of the Faculty of Law UP.

Djumala said that Pancasila as the life value of the Indonesian nation is still at an abstract level, it is a life value or living values which has actually been ingrained in the conscience of the Indonesian people and is reflected in everyday life. But unfortunately not many people realize it, due to limitations time to narrate Pancasila values that are directly linked to people's behavior so as to show the relevance between people's attitudes and behavior in accordance with Pancasila values. Â Like in KKN students, they are used to carrying out activities that have been planned and are work targets that must be completed. The direct involvement of students and the right narrative will make students learn and understand the values of Pancasila which are actually ingrained in them without realizing it.

PSP UP in its work program is responsible for grounding Pancasila in UP and ensuring that Pancasila values live on in society especially for Academicians and UP graduates. In the actualization of Pancasila values, it is necessary to ensure that students are directly involved in the concrete Tridarma programs of Higher Education as well as the students' own activities which contain Pancasila values. Cconcrete examples alone will not reach the process of internalizing Pancasila values, the need for academic activities including community service enter in the curriculum which contains credits and is a requirement for student graduation which is implemented in lecture activities by all UP Faculties and Postgraduate programs. Currently UP is the only tertiary institution that has 6 (six) houses of worship located on campus including mosques, Catholic churches, Protestant churches, temples, monasteries and temples. This is a symbol of religious harmony and tolerance that reflects the values of Pancasila, concluded Djumala.

Also on this occasion, UP Chancellor Prof. Dr. Edie Toet Hendratno, SH., M.Si., FCBArb. before the UP Academic Community conveyed the need for PSP's role in caring for Pancasila values at UP. We must together have a strong determination to ground Pancasila in UP. My dream is that in the next few years, UP can become a mecca and reference for ongoing education, research and studies on Pancasila in Indonesia, supported by professional human resources. It is also hoped that UP graduates can internalize the values of Pancasila in their activities in society which are the characteristics of UP graduates, said Prof. Edie Toet.

Responding to the hopes of the Chancellor of UP in realizing the values of Pancasila in the campus environment, Djumala has planned several templates the Pancasila Education activity program at UP, which begins with the preparation Road Map in the form of drafting the actualization concept of Pancasila; Pancasila curriculum which contains educational standardization, material and methodological studies, the ToT program and incorporates Pancasila values in the Community Service Program; Submission of Pancasila Pearls by telling Pancasila stories in class interactions, collecting stories of Pancasila's deeds and creating monitoring and evaluation methods: Compiling a Pancasilaan Index; Building a Pancasila Village through the MBKM, KKNT programs; Institutional cooperation through joint programs, discussions and public reviews. Djumala emphasized again that the Pancasila Education activity program would not have been realized without collaboration with all parties at UP.
