"A position is a mandate that must be carried out earnestly because later on we will be asked to account for it. Therefore, having a position is not only a matter of pride, but also about a great responsibility that must be carried out and carried out as well as possible," explained Prof. Marsudi. I believe, with sincerity and high integrity as well as cooperation and innovative spirit, we can all drive UP towards better achievements," said Prof. Marsudi.

In another speech, the Chairman of the Board of the Pancasila University Education and Supervisory Foundation (YPP UP), Prof. Dr. Ir. Muhammad Anis, M.Met., emphasized the importance of joint efforts to pursue and exceed the targets that have been set. He linked this to the theme of the graduation ceremony to be held on November 5, namely "Good University to Great Future", which means that university achievement is not enough to just reach the target, but must exceed the target. "To achieve beyond the target, we do not need a Super hero, Because Super hero may just be able to take us to the stage good, but not great," Prof. Anis emphasized. According to him, what UP really needs is super team No Super hero, a solid and well-coordinated team. Referring to the proverb, he stated, “if you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together.” This message underlines the importance of cooperation and togetherness in realizing the university’s vision.
Furthermore, Prof. Anis emphasized that building super team at Pancasila University must be rooted in strengthening tridharma of higher education, namely education, research, and community service. Through collaboration in these three pillars, the university can build a team that is able to face greater challenges with innovation and resilience. "By building a team that prioritizes synergy and mutual support, UP will be able to move together towards a brighter and more sustainable future. This is the spirit that we must instill in every aspect of our work, so that UP can go further and become a proud institution in the national and international arena," said Prof. Anis.
