The Professional Certification Institute (LSP) of Pancasila University held a training on the Preparation of Competency Test Materials (MUK) Version 2023, which took place at the At-Taqwa Mosque Hall, Pancasila University Campus, Jakarta. This training was attended by a number of assessors/prospective assessors, lecturers who are committed to improving the quality of competency for their graduates. Also participating in this activity were representatives of lecturers from LSP Universitas Teknologi Mataram.
The two-day activity, from 7 and 8 August 2024, aims to update and align the Competency Test Materials (MUK) in accordance with the latest industry standards and regulations. This training is facilitated by Master Assessors from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), namely Mr. Albaar Rubhasy and Mrs. Lenny Brida who have experience in developing professional test and certification materials.
The Head of LSP Universitas Pancasila, Dr. Dra. Andiani, M.Kom in her speech stated, “This training is part of LSP Universitas Pancasila’s ongoing efforts to ensure that our graduates have competencies that are recognized nationally and internationally. With test materials compiled based on the latest standards, we hope to produce graduates who are ready to compete in the global job market.”
During the training, participants are given more in-depth knowledge about the methodology of preparing test materials, question validation techniques, and effective and objective competency measurement methods. In addition, participants are also invited to participate in direct practice sessions, where they can develop test materials according to their respective areas of expertise.
The training ended with an evaluation session and the presentation of certificates to participants who had completed the entire series of activities. With this training, it is hoped that LSP Universitas Pancasila can continue to play an active role in supporting the development of competent and highly competitive human resources.
