On Tuesday, December 20, 2022, a Cooperation Agreement for Attorney General's Cup VII was signed between the Education and Training Agency for the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia (RI Attorney General's Office) and the Law Faculty of Pancasila University. In his remarks, Tonny T. Spontana, Head of Education and Training for the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, said that the Cooperation Agreement for the Implementation of the National Moot Court Competition organized by Cooperation between the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia and Pancasila University had been held for the seventh time.
Prof. Dr. Eddy Pratomo, SH, MA, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Pancasila University, expressed his appreciation for the support of the Indonesian Attorney General's Training Center. This Cooperation Agreement may be upgraded to a higher level. In the future it can be developed into an International Moot Court Competition so that students can take part in trials abroad. "It is possible that with improving English skills in the future students of the Law Faculty of Pancasila University can compete or test the abilities of students form Harvard Law School, Yale University, or Cambridge University," concluded Prof. Dr. Eddy Pratomo, SH, MA Furthermore, he said, "Students can be given insight into legal proceedings at the United Nations Assembly or the International Court of Justice. Hopefully this cooperation as a form of commitment to building human resources in the field of law enforcement can be continuously improved."
After giving remarks and directions, the text of the Cooperation Agreement for the Implementation of the National Mooting Competition for the Attorney General's Cup VII was signed by the Head of the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office and the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Pancasila University.
