This forum aims to provide strategic input to the next government, including in supporting the achievement of a just, prosperous, and prosperous society. One of the strategic programs in the spotlight is the Free Nutritious Meal Program promoted by the Prabowo-Gibran pair. Prof. Marsudi encourages the implementation of digital transformation in this program to increase efficiency and optimize its implementation.

In his presentation entitled “Digitalization of Sustainable Natural Resource Management Ecosystems,” Prof. Marsudi explained the importance of implementing digital technology in managing natural resources efficiently and sustainably. “Sustainable natural resource digitalization is the use of digital technology to manage, monitor, and optimize the use of natural resources to be more efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable,” said Prof. Marsudi.

"If we use digitalization in the free nutritious meal program, then its implementation will be more efficient and optimal," explained Prof. Marsudi.

The implementation of digitalization in this sector, according to Prof. Marsudi, must be carried out comprehensively, considering the prediction from the World Economic Forum which states that by 2030, global demand for natural resources will increase to 50%, while reserves continue to decline. "In mining, digitalization can make resource management more efficient, reduce waste, and monitor environmental impacts in real time," he added.

Prof. Marsudi also highlighted Indonesia's position as a middle-income country that is often trapped in the middle-income trap, making it difficult to transform into a developed country. However, digital transformation can be one of Indonesia's main assets to escape this trap, while also providing a multiplier effect in encouraging Indonesia to become a developed country and achieve the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.

This event is expected to provide strategic insights for the future government in formulating policies that can realize a just, prosperous, and prosperous Indonesia, as well as being highly competitive amidst global challenges.
