3. Developing Networks of Cooperation with Industry and Partnerships to Respond to Global Competitiveness.
4. Providing Services to the Community in an Effort to Increase Community Welfare and SME and SME Competitiveness.

The goal of the Pancasila University Postgraduate School is to gradually realize this mission through strategic, synergistic and sustainable partnerships based on the principles of benefit and fairness in producing:

1. To produce graduates who have the spirit of Pancasila, are highly integrated, and are professionals in the fields of economics, management and accounting who have standards.
2. Producing graduates who excel in the assignment of knowledge in the fields of economics, management, and accounting as well as the assignment of technology and arts.
3. Realizing effective and efficient resource management and establishing cooperative relationships based on the principles of transparency and accountability with various parties. 
4. Improving people's welfare and the competitiveness of SMEs and SMEs.

The goals of the Pancasila University Postgraduate School are in accordance with and refer to the development direction of Pancasila University as stated in the 2010-2034 Pancasila University Development Master Plan.

In general, the direction of development is set following the stages, namely:

1. Teaching University (2010-2014)
2. Good Teaching and Pre Research University (2015-2019)
3. Research University (2020-2024)
4. Entrepreneurial University(2030-2034)
