Jakarta, 29 February 2023: In order to support the Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) Mandiri program, Pancasila University held a Socialization on Internal Higher Education Readiness for MBKM Mandiri on 29 February 2024 at the At-Taqwa Hall, Pancasila University, Srengseng, South Jakarta. This event aims to prepare the academic community to implement MBKM Mandiri and achieve its maximum targets.
Acting Chancellor Prof, Dr Sri Widyastuti in his direction said that MBKM Mandiri is an important program to improve the quality of Pancasila University graduates. Global Competitiveness is the target in implementing MBKM Mandiri at Pancasila University. He hopes that through this socialization, the academic community will be ready to implement it optimally to maintain superior accreditation and maintain the reputation of Pancasila University. He delivered the message in Jakarta in front of the Vice Chancellors, Deans, Heads of Institutions, Heads of Study Programs, the faculty Quality Assurance units.
Quoted from the Ministry of Education and Culture's MBKM Mandiri 2023 page, from all universities in Indonesia, the number of students involved in MBKM Mandiri from 2020 to 2022 was recorded at 241,000, while in 2023 alone it was recorded at 257,0000 students. The Ministry of Education and Culture, Research, Technology and Higher Education is targeting 500,000 students to join MBKM Mandiri by 2024.
