The National Scientific Meeting (TIN) of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Pancasila is being held again in 2023. TIN is a conference event held every two years, and has been held since 2015. In 2023, the TIN of the Faculty of Psychology, Pancasila University will be held on 22 and 23 August 2023 online (via Zoom). TIN FPsi UP 2023 has the theme: "Business Psychology and the World of Work in the Digital Era (Business Psychology and Work Life in the Digital Age)”.
This theme was raised in accordance with developments in actual issues regarding the increasingly diverse behavior of workers and entrepreneurs in this digital era. There are many new behaviors that need to be studied and solutions found together, if the behavior is deemed to be detrimental to the world of business and work. Therefore, TIN FPsi UP 2023 invited very qualified speakers to discuss this matter, namely:
- Minister of Manpower, Madam Dr. Hj. Ida Fauziyah, M.Sc, represented by Gilang Amaldi, B. Eng., MM, as the Coordinator of Vocational Training Development at the Directorate General of Vocational Training and Productivity Development. He discussed the Competitiveness of Indonesian Workers in the Digital Age
- Professor at the Faculty of Psychology University of Indonesia : Prof. Corryna DS Riantoputra, M.Com, Ph.D, discussing Industrial and Organizational Psychology Perspective in Preparing Human Resources in the Digital Era
- Professor Teikyo University of Science, Tokyo, Japan: Prof. Akira Tsuda, Ph.D, with the topic Managing Psychological Responses with Work-Related Stress in the Digital Era
- Human Resources Director of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk: Mr. Willy Saelan, SIP, MA., which talks about Industry Manpower Readiness in The Digital Era
In addition, TIN 2023 is supported by leaders who gave remarks, namely:

There are 234 TIN FPsi UP 2023 participants coming from various cities in Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Depok, Bekasi, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Palembang and Palu. They are researchers, academics, practitioners and students. Apart from that, there were 30 speakers who registered to present the results of their research related to the 2023 UP FPsi TIN theme. These speakers came from:

TIN FPsi UP 2023 went smoothly and successfully. There are ten best manuscripts that will be published in the Scientific Journal of Mind Set Psychology (SINTA 4), the rest will be published in the 2023 TIN Proceedings. Thank you to all parties involved in this event, see you at TIN FPsi UP 2025.
