The Research and Development Student Activity Unit of the Pancasila University Student Family or abbreviated as UKM R&D KMUP is an UKM that is engaged in research. This R&D UKM was founded on the basis of a group of students who wanted to develop their knowledge consisting of a diversity of scientific disciplines by participating in all national and international events. UKN R&D has a vision as a forum for scientific research that is responsive to technological advances and sensitive to social problems in society so that it is able to provide real solutions by linking them to effective and efficient technological applications. To achieve this goal. R&D has a mission to become a place for intellectual development of students in research, manufacture, and application of technology based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. In addition, R&D also has a mission as a media for the application of scientific fields by aligning with the theories obtained in college, and much more.
