Jakarta, May 14, 2025 — Pancasila University through the Directorate of Student Affairs, Alumni, and Career Services and the Directorate of Cooperation and Institutional Relations in collaboration with PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk held a Digital Entrepreneurship and Finance Training Class. This activity took place in the 4th Floor Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pancasila University, and was attended by students from various faculties.
This training aims to equip students with practical knowledge and skills in starting a business and understanding a safe and intelligent digital financial system. In an interactive and inspiring session, Okky Barus as the Founder and Creative Thinker of GMP Creative Consulting and speaker emphasized the importance of courage in entrepreneurship. "Don't be afraid to start a business. Dare to step with a specific target and focus on the goals you want to achieve," said Okky.
It was also conveyed that a good business is a business that is able to solve real problems in society. Participants are invited to think critically and innovatively in creating entrepreneurship-based solutions.
In addition, participants were provided with important insights regarding digital transactions, where security and awareness aspects are very crucial. "Digital transactions are not only about convenience, but also about security, awareness, and intelligence in using technology," said Okky.
The training materials also emphasize that digital literacy is no longer an option, but rather an urgent need in today's digital era. The younger generation as the vanguard of digital transformation is required not only to be quick in adopting technology, but also wise and responsible in its use.
“Protect your personal data, understand your rights and risks when making digital transactions, and help your surroundings to become digitally literate. In your hands, the future of safe and ethical digital transactions can be realized,” concluded Okky.
