"SINTA not only reflects scientific productivity, but also our academic reputation and real contribution to the development of science and technology. I hope this activity provides a comprehensive understanding of how publication strategies, book writing, community service, and teaching data integration can improve lecturers' SINTA scores."
The Rector also emphasized the importance of equitable contributions across academic fields. Currently, SINTA scores at UP are still dominated by science and technology fields, such as engineering and pharmacy. Therefore, he encouraged social and humanities fields such as law, economics, psychology, communications, and tourism to contribute more actively. He also expressed appreciation for the lecturers who have ranked among the top 10 in the SINTA rankings at UP, who are expected to inspire and motivate their colleagues.
Through this activity, Pancasila University hopes to strengthen a collaborative academic culture that will have a real impact. Improving faculty capacity in scientific data management and publication is a key strategy for addressing the challenges of higher education in the digital and global era.
