Pancasila University Supports the Future of Talented Students by Providing Non-Academic Scholarships

Jakarta, June 12, 2025 – Pancasila University (UP) has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting the development of talents and potential of the young generation. This time, UP is opening up a golden opportunity for outstanding students in non-academic fields to continue their higher education by providing non-academic scholarship pathways in all faculties at UP.

This program is a tuition-free scholarship for the first two semesters, aimed at students who excel in sports and arts, such as taekwondo, soccer, choir, karate, and basketball. A total of 12 prospective scholarship recipients from high schools/vocational schools in the Jabodetabek area are currently undergoing a strict selection process to receive the scholarship.

The selection consists of several stages, including administrative selection and ability assessment conducted by UP student activity units (UKM) relevant to their respective fields. This stage aims to ensure that prospective scholarship recipients have the potential and commitment that is in accordance with the expected achievement standards.

Students who successfully pass the selection are expected to be an inspiration to their peers and bring good name to UP at national and international levels.

This scholarship program is a real manifestation of UP's commitment to supporting young talents who have extraordinary achievements outside of academics. With this scholarship, UP provides them with the opportunity to continue their education without financial barriers, while enriching the campus ecosystem with diverse talents.

Director of Student Affairs and Alumni and Career Services UP, Noor Suryaningsih, ST, MT, added, “Our hope is that this program can be a door for talented students to develop further. UP is committed to supporting their every step, both in education and in developing non-academic achievements. We believe that through this program, scholarship recipients will become campus ambassadors who are able to bring UP's good name to a higher level,” said Noor Suryaningsih.
