Pancasila University (UP) inaugurated a number of officials in the UP campus environment on (30/05) at the Nusantara Hall of the Faculty of Law UP. The number of officials who were inaugurated today are officials in the UP campus environment, including Deputy Chancellor IV for Public Relations, Ventures, Cooperation and Law of UP Ir. Galaila Karen K. Agustiawan, Head of the Center for Pancasila Studies UP Dr. Drs. Joko Hartanto, SH., M.Sc. Chairman of the UP Education Improvement and Development Institute, Dr. Nurmala Ahmar, SE., M.Si., Ak., CA. Assistant Director I of the UP Postgraduate School, Dr. Derriawan, SE., MM. Assistant Director II of the UP Postgraduate School, Dr. Ir. Zulkifli, MM. Deputy Dean III of the UP Faculty of Economics and Business, Hotman Freddy, SE., M.Ak., Ak., CA. as well as a number of Bureau Heads within the UP Rectorate. This activity is implemented offline by invitation limited and broadcast live via YouTube broadcast at official Youtube University of Pancasila.
This activity was attended by the Chairperson of the Pancasila Education Foundation and Trustees of Pancasila University (YPPUP) Dr. (HC). Ir. Siswono Yudo Husodo, Chancellor of UP Prof. Dr. Edie Toet Hendratno, SH., M.Si., FCBArb. the Deputy Chancellors, YPPUP Chairpersons, YPPUP Chairpersons and other YPPUP members, as well as attending this activity, important invited guests included Prof. Ir. Purnomo Yusgiantoro, M.Sc., MA, Ph.D. Minister of Defense of Indonesia for the period 2009 to 2014, former Pertamina Board of Director (BOD), University and Faculty leaders, Secretary General of the Pancasila University Alumni Family (KAUP) and other invited guests who attended today.
In his remarks, the Chancellor of UP. Prof. Edie Toet conveyed his congratulations to all officials who were inaugurated today and in particular to Vice Chancellor IV for Public Relations, Ventures, Cooperation and Law, Ir. Galaila Karen K. Agustiawan or who is more familiar with the public by the name Karen Agustiawan is a figure that is familiar to the people of Indonesia, she has recorded a number of achievements both at the national and international levels, including having served as President Director of Pertamina for the period 2009 to 2014, receiving award from Forbes in 2011 as Asia's 50 Power Businesswomen, and became a Professor at Harvard University, Boston, United States of America. A number of achievements and achievements that he has are of course a matter of pride for the entire UP Academic Community.
Prof. Edie Toet also conveyed UP's current achievements, including the addition of lecturers with academic positions of Professors/Professors, Addition of new Study Programs, Signing of Collaborations with various institutions both at the national and international levels, Higher Education Accreditation is worth 3.00 which means good once, while the accreditation of study programs is 2.67 which means Very Good, the percentage of Professor Head Lectors is 0.09 which is greater than the values of 0.04. Likewise, the percentage of teaching staff is 0.07 which means good because it is below the required average of 0.19, the percentage of MBKM study programs is 0.33 above the average of 0.22, Community Service Research Participation (Grants) 0.15 is above the average of 0.11, National Publications per lecturer are also good at 10.35 above the average of 8.84, Journal of Accreditation at Pancasila University is worth 12.00 which is above the average of 4, 13, the percentage of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) is 100% and has filled out the SPMI report. Overall, the quality map of Pancasila University has entered the Independent research cluster with a very good Community Service cluster. Closing his remarks, he expressed his gratitude to all the old officials who had served and contributed for their enormous contribution to the progress of UP to date.
Also on this occasion, YPPUP Chairman Dr. (HC) Ir. Siswono Yudo Husodo in his remarks congratulated all the inaugurated officials, the inauguration of new officials is something that is routinely carried out in the UP campus environment which indicates that this University continues to live, grow and develop, because promotions, rotations, mutations, regeneration from that time aim to continue to advance this university so that it can continue to develop in response to the various changes that are taking place, today is so special and contains great hopes for faster and better progress for this beloved campus. On this occasion, we must always be grateful for the various achievements that have been achieved by this university and also the achievements within ourselves regarding what we have achieved today and continue to instill great hopes for ourselves and also UP.
The Foundation conveyed several messages, including continuing to improve the good name and achievements of UP, jointly continuing to maintain conduciveness in the campus environment to create a campus atmosphere that is safe and comfortable and free from various bad influences that occur, responding to the progress of the times, the Foundation asked all members of the community UP academics to improve the learning system on line interactive and innovative, so that they are always at the forefront of various IT advancements, new policies related to MBKM encourage all campuses to continue to innovate in organizing quality activities and contribute to the surrounding environment, various curriculum changes, teaching and learning needs to be continuously improved as well as possible, currently we are all entering a new era, where foreign universities may open campuses or study programs in Indonesia, the Foundation hopes that we can all respond well to this as soon as possible to be able to move forward and improve the standards we have, because in the current era we are all we are required to continue learning, especially when future challenges are getting higher, our learning references must also be up-to-date and competent human resources as the main factor in transforming in response to various changes that are happening at this time.
