Prof. Dr. Eddy Pratomo, SHMA, as the Dean of the Law Faculty of Pancasila University (FHUP) inaugurated the FHUP Prosecutor's Study Center. The FHUP Prosecutors Research Center is an implementation of the MoU between Pancasila University and the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia and in order to support the duties and functions of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia.
The FHUP Prosecutors Research Center has duties and authorities related to reviewing aspects of the function of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia as a Government Institution related to judicial power. Besides that, through the establishment of the Prosecutor's Research Center, FHUP can become a benchmark for law faculties at other universities.
The event continued with the signing of the Research Grant Cooperation Agreement between the Law Faculty of Pancasila University and PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Company) for a period of 3 (three) months with the topic "Legal Politics of Restorative Justice towards the Practice of Handling Criminal Cases in Indonesia".
The FHUP Prosecutor's Research Center is chaired by Dr. Reda Manthovani, SHMH, LL.M, who is an FHUP Lecturer and Head of the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office. Hasbullah SH, MH as Deputy Chair, and Cipta Indralestari RSH, MH as Secretary.
