Saturday, January 21, 2023 Pancasila University held Service Excellent and Grooming training for Education Staff in the rectorate and faculties at AEON MALL Tanjun Barat. This training event is a collaboration between the P2MKSDM institution, the HR Bureau and the Public Relations & Venture Bureau. This training program was opened by the Chancellor of Pancasila University, namely Prof. Dr. Eddie Toet Hendratno, SH., M.Sc., FCBArb and also attended by Mrs. Dra. Diennaryati Tjokrosuprihatono, M.Psi., Psi. As Deputy Chancellor IV.
Pancasila University believes that the success of the University does not only depend on the development of the quality of the Tridarma of Higher Education but includes how we interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
Based on this, Pancasila University feels the need to provide excellent service training to educational staff from rectors, faculties and institutions. The trainers selected are those who are experts in their respective fields and have high flying hours in the hope of getting good results for the participants regarding the introduction and understanding of what is called excellent service and all activities related to service quality. The speakers are Mrs. Dra. A. Kassandra Putranto, M.Psi., Psi as a speaker on understanding & excellent service strategy, Mrs. Ir. Ellen Tendean with Work & Professional Etiquette material, and Mrs. Okky Asokawati, M.Psi (psychologist) with Grooming material.
Furthermore, today's service excellent training was closed by giving Beauty Class training to female education staff by Pixy.
