1 November 2023. The vision and mission of the Republic of Indonesia which has been designed in the National Long Term Development Plan (RPJPN) 2025-2045 by the Ministry National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency (Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas) aims to realizing Indonesia as a "Sovereign, Advanced and Sustainable Archipelago Country". One strategy is to prioritize collaboration with various elements within the country, including collaboration between Government Institutions and Educational Institutions.
The Pancasila University Faculty of Law (FHUP) takes a role in realizing the country's vision and mission through cooperation stated in the document Cooperation Agreement with Legal Bureau Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency tentang Development of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education din the context of increasing the capacity for national development planning in the legal sector. The scope of the agreement includes activities:
a. organizing collaborative training, workshops and/or seminars;
b. participation in the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM);
d. collaborative research on legal aspects in the field of national development planning;
e. policy review, consultation, and/or activity assistance;
f. other activities that are beneficial for the development of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in increasing national development planning capacity in the field of law.
The signing of the Cooperation Agreement was carried out by Prof. Dr. Eddy Pratomo, SH, MA as Dean of FHUP and RR. Rita Erawati, SH, LL.M as Head of the Legal Bureau Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas in the BSM Seminar Room, Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas Building. The signing ceremony was attended by Plt. Secretary Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, officials Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, Deputy Dean for Education, FHUP, Chair of the FHUP Undergraduate Study Program, Head of the FHUP Quality Assurance Unit, and Chair Career Empowerment Program FHUP
The cooperation agreement is a follow-up to the Memorandum of Understanding between Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency with Pancasila University regarding Collaboration on National Development Planning Through Education, Research and Community Service on August 11 2023.
With the existence of a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation Agreement, Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas and Pancasila University, especially the Faculty of Law, are committed to collaborating in preparing national development as a Golden Indonesia 2045.
